Refund policy

Scope: This policy applies to purchases made through SOXAI’s international store (soxai.co.jp/en-intl). Purchases made on our Japan store are governed by the policies published on our Japanese-language store.

SOXAI RING X Limited Price Pass

The product sold on this store is the SOXAI RING X Limited Price Pass (US$1.00), a digital right. No physical item is shipped.

• After purchase, the Pass cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded for your convenience.
• The Pass fee is not credited toward the product price.
• We will, however, refund the Pass fee in the specific cases set out in the Limited Price Pass Terms — for example, if we decide not to launch the Kickstarter project, or if, due to causes attributable to us, you were unable to back at the limited price.
• Refunds, where applicable, are made in US dollars to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Physical Products

Physical products (rings and accessories) are currently sold on our Japan store only and are governed by the Japanese version of this policy.
