SOXAI Inc. ("we", "us") recognizes that your personal information is important information constituting your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal information in connection with purchases made through our international online store (soxai.co.jp/en-intl), including the SOXAI RING X Limited Price Pass.
Our full privacy policy, published in Japanese, governs our activities generally. Where you purchase through our international store, this notice applies to that purchase. If you use the SOXAI app, additional processing of health-related data is described in the app's privacy policy and consent screens.

When you purchase through our international store, we collect:
- Your name, email address and country
- Payment-related information (processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers)
- Order and transaction details
- Information you submit when contacting us
- Website usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Analytics" below)

Where you purchase the SOXAI RING X Limited Price Pass, we enable email delivery for the address you register at purchase so that we can send you the service communications needed to deliver the Pass — the launch notice, backing instructions and your limited-price URL — whether or not you selected the marketing option at checkout. We do not rely on this to send you general marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails; please note that unsubscribing also stops the Pass-related communications.
Sharing of Personal Information
We do not disclose or provide your personal information to third parties except:
- To service providers who process it on our behalf (e.g., our e-commerce platform Shopify, payment processors, email delivery and customer-support tools), under contracts requiring appropriate protection
- Where required by law
- Where necessary to protect a person's life, body or property
- With your prior consent
- In connection with a business succession
We may share personal information with our affiliated companies and partners within the purposes above; we remain responsible for its management.
International Transfers
We are located in Japan, and your personal information is transferred to and stored in Japan. Japan has been recognized by the European Commission and the UK Government as providing an adequate level of data protection (adequacy decision), so transfers from the EEA/UK to us in Japan are permitted on that basis. Some of our service providers (such as Shopify) may process data in other countries under their own safeguards.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes above, including the period required to deliver the Limited Price Pass and to comply with statutory retention obligations (e.g., tax and accounting records), after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Security
We recognize the risks of unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration and leakage of personal information, implement reasonable organizational, personnel, physical and technical safeguards, and train our officers and employees accordingly. We operate a personal information management system based on Japanese Industrial Standard JIS Q 15001.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to, correction, addition or deletion of, and suspension of use or third-party provision of, your personal information, and to receive information about its use. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the rights to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing), and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to analyze how this site is used and to improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies.
